Cloud Technology –
We harness the power of cloud technology to support your business. Through the use of QuickBooks Online and a host of various other online tech tools, we can update your numbers quickly and frequently! Using automated bank feeds, Hubdoc, Bill.com and Gusto, we don’t have to be on site at your location, interrupting your business day with our presence. We pull the data related to your financial transactions through different linked sources, and you provide the documentation to support those transactions. As long as you hold up to your end of the bargain, by supplying us with the appropriate support (i.e. receipts, explanations etc.), we will hold up our end and get you financial data that you can actually use!
Collaboration –
Bookkeeping isn’t just data entry. A good bookkeeper also interprets and validates your financial transactions. We require a collaborative relationship with our clients. Believe it or not, we are not the enemy, pestering you constantly for information just to annoy you! We need your financial information, so you can have a current picture of your company’s accurate financial position in time for you to make important business decisions… not after the fact, when it’s too late to react or pivot.
Virtually –
At month-end, we reconcile your bank accounts to verify that all transactions have been captured accurately. We create your financial statements and set a time for a one-on-one virtual, ZOOM video conference to review your financial statements with you, in terms that you understand. Even if you don’t have an Accounting background, reviewing your numbers together, you will gain confidence and be empowered to make the business decisions necessary to build your business and increase your bottom line!
